- 2-3 teaspoon Brown Sugar or brown sugar substitute - I use brown allulose **
- 1 scoop Vanilla Flavoured Protein Powder
- ⅛ - ¼ teaspoon Almond Extract
* Alternately, you can use 2 heaping teaspoons of instant espresso powder, with 1 ½ cups Almond Milk and ½ cup water.
** If you use a brown sugar replacement, the recipe - excluding the protein powder - comes to only 1.5 grams of carbs, plus whatever one serving of your protein powder is.
