High Protein Ginger Peach Matcha Smoothie
This Ginger Peach Matcha Smoothie recipe sounds fancy, but is quick and easy to make. A great break from your basic protein smoothies!

- 3 teaspoon Matcha Powder
- 1 tablespoon Hot Water
- 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 cups Frozen Peach Slices
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Scoops Collagen Peptides Optional
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger or more, to taste. We use 2 tsp.
Measure matcha into a small bowl - you can sift it, if you like. Add hot water, mix well to form a smooth paste.
Slowly add a little of the measured almond milk, to thin and smooth the paste out.
Add match paste to a blender, along with remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
Taste, add a little more ginger if you’d like, and blend once again until smooth.
Divide into two glasses, serve immediately.
