Ingredients
1 ¼cupsUnsweetened Almond Milk
¼cupPumpkin Puree
1scoop Vanilla Flavoured Protein Powder
1tablespoonCollagen Peptidesoptional
2-3teaspoonMaple Syrup
½teaspoonPumpkin Pie Spice
Optional garnishes: Whipped creamnuts, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, etc.
Instructions
Measure all ingredients into a shaker bottle or blender.
Shake or blend until smooth, serve immediately!
