High Protein Mango Mojito Smoothie

This high protein mango mojito smoothie is probably my favourite way to use protein powder EVER. Super tasty, easy to make, and non-alcoholic!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes smaller is better!
  • ½ cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Flavoured Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 Scoops Collagen Peptides Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Sweetener optional

Instructions

  • Measure everything into a blender, blitz until smooth.
  • Note: You want the ice REALLY broken down, so let the blender run until the smoothie looks like a fine slush.
  • Taste - if you’d like it a bit sweeter, add a little sweetener of your choice and blitz again.
  • Divide into two glasses, serve immediately.
