High Protein Ginger Peach Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops scoops Vanilla Flavoured Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Unflavoured Collagen Powder Optional
  • 1 ¼ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Ripe Peach chopped
  • ¼ cup Finely Chopped Crystallized Ginger

Instructions

  • Measure protein powder, chia seeds, and collagen - if using - into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk well, to combine.
  • Add the almond milk, whisk again to combine. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Once the time is up, whisk again, then mix in the chopped peach and candied ginger pieces.
  • Cover and chill for at least two hours.
  • Just before stirring, give the pudding a good stir. If you’d like, you can thin it out with a bit more almond milk.
  • Divide into serving cups, garnish as desired, and serve!
